Michael Fanaras, PharmD

Michael Fanaras, PharmD, is the owner of Qaly Wellness in Concord, New Hampshire. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Dr. Fanaras spent most of his early years in and out of hospitals, plagued with chronic conditions and illnesses. While his early years were not his healthiest, the experience still drives him to live a continuously healthy lifestyle. Dr. Fanaras' desire has transferred into his passion for helping others achieve similar lifestyles.

Dr. Fanaras graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2019. He went on to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy following twelve months of clinical rotations. Dr. Fanaras is a Board-Certified Pharmacist in both New Hampshire and Virginia.

Dr. Fanaras was exposed to the pharmacy at an early age, working alongside his father and grandfather at their family's pharmacy. He began his career in the three Fanaras Group independent pharmacies, where he gained experience counseling patients, offering innovative and optimized compound results, and addressing patients' immediate medical needs.

Continuing the family legacy, Dr. Fanaras has quickly adapted to the fast-paced and hardworking feats that come with independent pharmacies. Now, as a vital member of the Fanaras Group, he has been able to focus on his compounding specialty as the manager of the compounding department within The Fanaras Group.

Due to his time at the pharmacy, he has known most of his patients for many years, and the provider-patient connection is something he values deeply. Dr. Fanaras believes in getting to know every patient to provide tailored compounded treatment solutions effectively.

Qaly Wellness is the first wellness center in the Fanaras Group. Quality Adjusted Life Years (Qaly) has been a vital metric in healthcare analysis for over thirty years. Dr. Fanaras started Qaly to eliminate the chasm between patients and their access to providers and medications.
